Hello Mike and Vishen,

Thanks for your wonderful Chain Reaction Marketing Course. I'd be happy to give you a longer testimonial if you'd like, because it has helped me SO much and is rocking!

    My question is this:

Using your principles, I've already got a site that converts well.

I'm heavily advertising on Adwords and going to expand into Yahoo too. PPC is working AMAZING.

I don't want to just be dependent on Adwords though. How should I go about getting traffic for this site? I've designed it like you suggested to segment my customers, educate them, figure out what they want, and deliver the right solution. However, I'm a little confused at how to get natural traffic. Should I just start blogging with my profitable PPC keywords as the blog post titles? Should I host the blog on my site that already converts well? Should the blog have ads and links to my main site, just like some of the microsite strategies you recommend?

I look forward to receiving more direction from you!

    Thanks again,

    Magic Man

I'd say you've got the idea. If there is a lot of competition for one of the keywords your after you will need to get good links to your site for the keyword to appear on page one of google. Having the keyword in your
tags and appearing in other parts of your pages is important, but more important is what links to your site. Here's a simplified explanation. If you want to appear top for the word "cheese" you need links to your site from other websites with the word cheese as the anchor text e.g. cheese. And the higher they rate for the word cheese, the more value the link will give your site for the word cheese. Try searching for the word cheese and try to get your links on as many of the sites that come up as you can.

It's not even that difficult any more to get natural traffic. Just use the social sites to get links to your pages.
