   ok got it sorted out.
   
   there was a bug in the system that caused some older menu options to appear to people who had bought products from us in the past. We were trying to make it easy to access all products form our archives. Big mistake - we should have kept our membership sites separate.
   
   in any case, the first weeks info is up.

   Thanks for the update about the content.
   
   You should also consider answering the other questions / concerns that members expressed here. I think they are all valid questions/concerns...and should be answered.
   
   For example (but not limited to):
   
   access to CRM ?
   Content disorganization
   Lack of clear path/instructions
   Do we have to buy an upsell to get the blueprint?
   Why are we not getting a private (and moderated) forum?
   
   And also you said in the above :'' You'll find the: EMF Blues Site Makeover''
   But is this not the same info that was available freely for all a few days ago?

   Regarding CRM, we're scrapping the old model and instead using something new called the site DNA. This is a membership site and segments of the DNA will be released each month. So you won't get the whole thing at once - but new modules each month. This is why we charge a monthly priceof $27 rather than asking for a ful price of $297.
   
   You're right about the content being a little messy. I'm looking into re-organizing the layout and improving each audio/video to make the training systems far better.
   
   My mistake on the EMF blues video, this is the same free video. It's not part of the membership site content that we sell. It's just there for convenience (for those who missed it during launch). There will be NEWER videos coming this month (month 1).
   
   Your feedback on the path is good. Let me think about how to improve on explaining the path to people. Will be getting back to you on this.

   I think some of what you're hearing, Vishen, is that there was a big difference between what the videos and sales copy promised or suggested and what was delivered.

   And honestly it looks and sounds like you're taking the chain reaction marketing program, rebranding it, and offering it piece meal via membership site. Which if you are... that's perfectly fine... but just tell us "We've taken Chain Reaction Marketing off the market and now we're renaming it Website DNA and breaking it up into monthly modules." I have to say that I was under the impression that Website DNA was new content.
   
   
   We pulled out our credit cards and purchased because we truly believe that you guys have something to offer. Something of real value. But right now we're wondering... where's the beef?
   
   Please don't disappoint.

   Have you actually looked into our concern?
   
   First, as mentioned in my previous post, your first video sound quality is inferior. In other words, is not even worth the fee on what we have paid for.
   
   Next, you mentioned that there was a bug. How long does it need to be fix?
   
   Thirdly, Triple T System that was an upsell is still not available. Is this what Website DNA teachings all about? Create an upsell where there is no actual product? It has been almost more than 3 days and the video has not been loaded up, where the actual page says "It will be ready in just a day or two and then uploaded immediately to this page".
   
   Vishen, please do not take us for a ride.We are loyal supporters that have subscribed to your sites based on your good reputation. Confidence in you are depleting with every single day that passes by.
   
   To sum up, this is not a good projection or message to convey your teachings of what Website DNA is all about. Period. I rest my case.

   Hello.
   Well, I've learned some incredibly valuable stuff already from Vishen and Mike over a period of time, so I'm just not worried about any delays or other issues that will presumably be fixed as soon as possible. Maybe it's an experiment in customer bonding; cause "pain" then ease it :) :)
   
   I'm thinking about all the new content that'll be provided over the coming weeks, even if some is necessarily reinforcing previous info - I've no problem with that as sometimes we know stuff but do some of it in the wrong order or something.
   
   I think that although they have tested and proved their DNA system works well, that it will take time to create the videos to demonstrate the exact techniques involved, hence the weekly series instead of a big wallop at high price. Also it will make it easier to keep us up to date, as successful new developments get proved and added.
   
   From my experience so far, I anticipate there will be regular nuggets in the forthcoming info, that will repay our investment over and over. I'm happy and convinced about that, so quite relaxed to look forward to those techniques as and when they are made available.
   
   I keep thinking about those mindvalley-built websites making millions just like that? We will find out how to do it too I'm sure - excellent!

   Yes, I agreed with surefire on reply to Moorsman.
   
   Think what Mr Vishen needs to do now is let us know when is the exact date where all the remedial actions can be done or completed.
   
   Believe that all members will agree with me that after all, we are humans with imperfection. Mistakes are bound to be made. However, if Mr Vishen can gives us a reasonable time frame, we will have no issues with that. No two ways about it.

    I love the work you do, this must be the first time I've pulled out my CC for IM stuff in a long time but I have to tell you plain..
    
    The sales copy I was directed to could not have been any clearer, both from text and images, CRM should have been included, infact almost 50% of the copy runs through each of the modules and then the image of the modules is shown at the bottom above the buy button.
    
    However it is NOT included, and that is very misleading indeed.
    
    It's a big shame because it's tarnished what was an excellent rep somewhat for me.
