Yesterday I purchased what I thought would give me access to everything you mention here:
    http://insider.mindvalleylabs.com/

Plus I bought 2 of the 3 upsells.

    I don't have access to:

    * Agile Entrepreneurship
    * Mr H interview
    * Any of the DNA System

I've purchased other products from you guys before but this one has me scratching my head. In addition, emails to support and voice mails have gone unanswered.

I don't see anything in the members area. Please advise.

LOL Join the club my friend, I am equally confused.

I've sent emails requesting more information , but I'm also lost.

I login to the members area:

I can see down the right hand side the menu options like:

    Get The Basics Right
    Getting Traffic
    Capturing Leads
    Building Relationships
    Closing Sales
    Maximizing Customer Lifetime Value
    Business Automation

But they are not clickable so i can't view anything.

Totally confused to be honest, equally I don't have access to those bonus interviews either..

I'm in the same boat with you guys, except that I'm not surprised. I was already an owner Chain Reaction Marketing, and logging in now (after joining the Website DNA membership yesterday) basically gets me the same thing it always got me (Chain Reaction Marketing). It's those links you're seeing down the righthand side, but maybe if you weren't a CRM owner, you can't access those links? (I still can.)

The reason I'm not surprised, tho, is that the whole lead-in to this product launch has clearly been poor Vishen flying by the seat of his pants. I was getting some email saying the launch would be Tuesday or Wednesday, some saying it would be Wednesday or Thursday, sample videos appearing in rapid succession, and all along I was thinking, "Vishen, man, give yourself another week to get organized." So I wasn't too surprised when the launch was delayed by 2 hours, and I wasn't too surprised that the site doesn't appear to be ready for us as we got here.

Obviously I'm of the opinion that Vishen's advice is worth so much more than the Early Bird fee, that I'm willing to wait a few days for him to get his act together. I've got too much other stuff going on as it is, but I'm hoping that maybe Website DNA will get organized over this coming weekend and we'll see some nice "Sorry for the scramble. Log in now to see the great stuff from Website DNA" kind of email next week.

On the other hand, as a survivor of the Google Cash Detective premature launch last July, I can say that after a couple weeks, a disorganized (and thus unusable) launch product gets REAL old REAL fast!

For now, I'm still optimistic! :)

Joined yesterday as well and cannot really locate all the things we are supposed to get. Glad to hear that DebbieS has good things to say about the content so I will hope for the best in the coming days.

Vishen - how about a quick update?

    Debbie,
Is it safe to say you found the Chain Reaction Marketing system valuable?

I got the same impression, it's all a bit disorganised , personally I would have put it back 2 weeks, what's the rush ?

Could have got this thing done properly, it deserved that.

I'm hoping we do get access to CRM as that's essentially what the copy told us we would get when we signed up, if not I'm even more confused , it would be somewhat misleading otherwise.

Hopefully they will get things resolved soon, I keep logging in twice a day to see if anything's happened. My guess is they are up to their necks with email support issues, but I received another email today promoting the membership area, seems like less sales pitches and more time spent pulling this baby into shape might be a better idea at this point.

All the rest in the world to these MVL, loving the work in general , but this is pretty clumsy.

    New member here also.

First impression is not very positive.

Not much content ( and some content that was already available for free )
    Disorganized
No access to the bonus interview
No reply from support in 24 hours.

I can already almost already hear the "excuse us guys, we're sorry, we're running 110 mph bla bla bla ) .

Launching a membership site if you're not ready is totally unprofessional.

Will see how they catch up.

I am even amazed that we have to buy the upsells particularly the 1st(the blueprint). I would have thought that the membership provides all the required info for succeeding.

    You're right!

And I am also amazed that they are not responding to this thread!
And why is it that this forum is not private? and not much moderated also...

Well, I guess I won't waste time writing up a support email (only to sit and stew about how it's being ignored) and will sit tight (for a short while).

This would seem a good place for Vishen to communicate with us -- to apologize and/or advise us re: the delay. People can be amazingly forgiving of human error when some sort of explanation is offered. People do not like to be (1) led astray; (2) ignored.
