    Some suggestions

    1. remove all the faces from the site. Leave nothing on the header but YOUR face. by removing the generic, silly, royalty image faces you allow people to focus on the headline and copy - what really matters. By adding your own face, you move from being perceived as a static site to a human being.

    2. Kill the 3 option on the header. Just push for one option. And don't have it on the header. Have it in the body copy.

    3. Increase the length of your, make your headline better. Follow the tried and tested copywriting rules that all experts you. Don't try to be creative.

    Thanks

Was number 3 "Increase the length of your copy" ?

Also in the mean time I intend to drive my traffic to a landing page with my Free E-book offer before they get to my website - do you think that this could achieve a better conversion response?

If your landing page only offers the Free E-Book and no links / opportunity to browse your site you will see a lot more people checking out your E-Book because they have no other option. However, be careful since these called "Squeeze Pages" can backfire because they might in the long-run actually decrease your sales even though you are collecting more leads. Over the past year, we have moved further away from Squeeze pages and concentrate more on long-copy pages with a free offer that is advertized in the sidebar. However, there is no one-fits all solutions, which is why I would recommend that you test it to see what works best for you.

PS: Regarding #3, yes, long copy can work extremely well.
