Sadly, your site is very poorly designed. Your designer has violated numerous rules on conversion.
For example - get rid of that flash animation. The flash alone will turn off a large number of visitors. NEVER EVER use flash on the main page of your site.
Second, those 4 boxes are very confusing. Too many options - too little explanation. Avoid the creative approach and stick to what works. A top navigation menu and a single page of long copy. The right menu should contain the signup form.

This structure works well for sites with multiple pages and a sign up goal.
I see you have multiple pages...keep this accessible from a top menu and put a main page that explains what you do. Your current flash + color cubed main page is killing you.
