Hello,
Well IMHO your web site is not working for you at all. There is no "call to action" on the home page. When I initially visited the site I have no clue at all what your site is about, what you do, what you offer me etc. I next visited the "about us" page and it still does not tell anything "about us". It's just a sentence or two about of you.
If I came across your site I'd be gone in about 5 seconds because I have no idea what you do / what you have to offer me. -

The main page is indeed a bit cryptic. Put some information about what you do right there on the page. It doesn't have to be another click to get to something good. And by the way, none of the links enticed me to click on them.
Your site has an Italian suffix and the blog is in Italian, so why are the links on the main page in English? Pick one, then put a translate link on it to the other language. In other words, define your target market.
