But it seems that you're worrying prematurely. You're worrying about finding customer suppor people before you even have customer emails coming in. My take is - find a partner in each country who has can have a vested interest in translating the site and answering emails. Maybe share with them some segment of profits from their country base. Now you will have no reason to not trust that they are doing their best to grow your idea.
