My Big Question is....I am now paying Google $700.00 a month to keep my ad positioned on the first page up. Is there a better way to spend my money on the internet nowadays to obtain my average 100 sales a month average? One year ago I was paying them $150 per month.

Sadly - no.
You're going to have to keep paying that amount to keep your ad up. But there are a few little known tricks you can do to boost your ad.
Tell us a few things....like where is the ad showing (right bar or on top of search listings) and share with us the copy of the ad.
You can send it as a private whisper if you don't want others seeing you ad content. -
